HE Dominican Minister of Defense Rubén Darío Paulino Sem received a written message from HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah, pertaining to the bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them.

The message was handed over by Mr. Yaser Awad Al Abdulla, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Santo Domingo, during his meeting with HE the Minister Paulino today.
