HE Khalid Mohammed Al-Sharshani, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar attends the Inaugural Act and the Official Dinner of the 51st Meeting of Heads of State and Government of SICA held at the Salon la Fiesta,  Hotel Jaragua in Santo Domingo.

At the beginning of the ceremony, His Excellency the President of the Dominican Republic, Lic. Danilo Medina gave an opening speech.

It should be noted that Qatar is an observer member of the Central American Integration System (SICA) since 2014.
