H.E. Khamis Al Sahouti, Qatar's Ambassador to the Dominican Republic received a courtesy visit from Secretary-General Mr Mustafa Abu Naba'a and Mr. Manuel Castillo from the Arab-Latin American International Foro (CARLAC) in the Dominican Republic.

During the visit they were able to talk about the Arab-Latin American International Forum (CARLAC), whose main purpose is to strengthen relations between two emerging worlds: the Arab World and Latin America and the Caribbean.
