H.E. Salah Bin Ghanem Al Ali, Minister of Culture and Sports of the State of Qatar held a meeting with H.E. Danilo Diaz, Minister of Sports and Recreation and H.E. Luis Mejía Oviedo, President of the Dominican Olympic Committee as part of their visit to the State of Qatar where they participated in the XXI Meeting of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) and Pan-American Sports Organization (PASO), held in Doha, November 13-16, 2016.

During the meeting they exchanged ideas on cooperation between the two nations in the sports field, as well as on the follow-up to the coordination of the signing of the Cooperation Agreement in the field of sports between the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the State of Qatar and the Ministry of Sports and Recreation of the Dominican Republic with a view to promoting the desired cooperation in this area for both nations.
